Tuck the top crust edges over the bottom crust edges and use your fingers or a fork to crimp the top and bottom edges together. Cut slits in the top for the steam to escape. Mix coconut milk, milk, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, water, tapioca, vanilla and salt in medium saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until full boil.
